It's Not Just the US System Failing
I just saw this article out of the UK, where healthcare is in a growing crisis. I don’t say this to pick on their system, but to say all systems are under enormous strain.

Can you clarify what they mean by “social care” and what is the “care they would like to give…” that gives them a moral crisis?
