Summer and Snakebites
A short television interview I gave on the topic of snakebite.
Our regional NBC affiliate interviewed me on the topic of venomous snakebite since it’s summer and therefore snakebite season.
Although this interview focuses on snakebite in West Virginia, it’s really relevant to pretty much all venomous snakebites in the US with the except of coral snakes. Pit vipers, that being rattlesnakes, copperheads and water moccasins, all have similar venom and management is the same.
Does this style of venom management work for the vipers of Washington, DC?
